Order – an electronic document (email or order form available on www.peruci.ro
, SMS, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger) that acts as a means of communication between the Client and the Seller, through which the Seller agrees to deliver the Products with the specifications accepted by the Client, and the Client agrees to receive and pay for these Products under the conditions mentioned.
Products – any goods, products, documents, or services mentioned in the Order that are to be supplied by the Seller to the Client.
Contract / Terms and Conditions – an Order confirmed by the Seller. The Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Contract at the moment it is concluded. The Contract may be terminated in accordance with the legal provisions applicable to distance contracts.
Account – a section of the website that allows the Client to submit Orders and contains information about the Client and their purchase history on the Site (orders, invoices, warranty certificates). The Account is created based on an email address and password.
Campaign – an action carried out for commercial purposes, involving a limited number of Products and/or Services available in predefined stock, for a limited period of time determined by the Seller.
Content – all information available on the Site in electronic format, including texts, images, graphics, and any other materials, owned or licensed by the Seller.
Review – an evaluation written by the owner or beneficiary of a product or service, based on personal experience and ability to provide qualitative feedback on whether the product or service meets the specifications presented on www.peruci.ro

Rating – a method of expressing the level of satisfaction of a User/Client regarding a product, expressed in the form of stars, each product being rated from 1 to 5 stars.
Newsletter – a periodic electronic information tool (email) regarding Products and/or Services and/or promotions carried out by the Seller during a certain period, without any obligation from the Seller regarding the information contained therein.
Transaction – the collection or reimbursement of an amount resulting from the sale of a Product and/or Service by the Seller to the Buyer, using the services of an authorized payment processor, regardless of the delivery method.
Specifications – all specifications and/or descriptions of the Products and Services as stated in their descriptions.

are final and include VAT. The prices shown do not include transport and delivery costs, which will be added to the final price and displayed before order confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice, without affecting confirmed orders.

If the Client chooses to pay cash upon pickup at our store located in Galați, Galați County, Str. Rândunelelor no. 11, the Client is expected to collect the product from our workshop.
The delivery cost is the amount to be paid by the Client to the Seller’s delivery agent at the moment the package containing the ordered products is handed over.
The delivery cost represents the amount that must be paid by the Client to the company that delivers the product to the address indicated by the Client when completing the order form.

, the delivery will be made to the address entered in the registration form. The Client may provide www.peruci.ro
with a different delivery address when placing the order; in this case, the delivery will be made to the address provided at the time the order is placed.
2.1. By placing an Order on the Website, the Client agrees to the means of communication (by phone or email) through which the Seller carries out its commercial operations.
2.2. The notification received by the Client after placing the Order is for informational purposes and does not represent acceptance of the Order. This notification is sent electronically (by email) or by phone.
2.3. For justified reasons, the Seller reserves the right to change the quantity of the Products and/or Services in the Order. If the Seller changes the quantity of the Goods and/or Services in the Order, the Seller will inform the Client at the email address or phone number provided to the Seller when placing the Order and will refund the amount paid resulting from the price difference between the ordered product and the delivered product.
2.4. The contract is considered concluded between the Seller and the Buyer when the Client receives from the Seller, via email and/or SMS, the Order shipment notification.
2.5. The document and the information made available by the Seller on the Website will form the basis of the Contract, supplemented by the certificate of conformity issued by the Seller.
3.1. Access for placing an Order is allowed to any Client/Buyer. For justified reasons, Atelierul de peruci S.R.L. reserves the right to restrict the Client’s access to placing an Order and/or to certain accepted payment methods, if it considers that, based on the Client’s conduct or activity on the Website, the Client’s actions could in any way harm Atelierul de peruci S.R.L. In such cases, the Client/Buyer may contact Atelierul de peruci S.R.L. by email or phone in order to be informed about the reasons that led to the application of the above-mentioned measures.
3.2. Communication with the Seller can be carried out through direct interaction with the Seller or via the contact details listed in the “Contact” section of the Website. The Seller is free to manage the information received without being required to provide justification for doing so.
3.3. In the event of an unusually high volume of traffic coming from an internet network, Atelierul de peruci S.R.L. reserves the right to require Clients to manually enter captcha validation codes in order to protect the information on the Website.
3.4. In the case of online payment, the Seller is not and cannot be held responsible for any additional costs borne by the Client, including, but not limited to, currency conversion fees applied by the Client’s card-issuing bank, if the issuing currency differs from RON. Responsibility for this action lies solely with the Client.
3.5. All information used to describe the Products and/or Services available on the Website (static/dynamic images, multimedia presentations, etc.) does not represent a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller, as it is used solely for presentation purposes.
3.6. After 14 (fourteen) days from purchasing a Product or Service, the Client will be requested to submit a Review regarding the purchased Product or Service. The request will be sent to the email address provided by the Buyer in their Account. In this way, the Buyer contributes to informing other potential Users/Clients/Buyers on the Website and actively participates in the development of new services and in improving the Product’s features as much as possible.

is developed and is the property of Atelierul de peruci S.R.L., registered with the Trade Register under no. J17/477/2022 and VAT number: 45298980. Unauthorized access to the website, to its content, photos, users’ personal data, or to the server is considered fraud. Likewise, the website may not be exploited for any purposes and may not be copied in part or in full; otherwise, such action will be investigated accordingly by the competent authorities.
Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
5.1. The Content, as defined in the preamble, including but not limited to logos, stylized representations, trademarks, static images, dynamic images, text and/or multimedia content displayed on the Website, is the exclusive property of Atelierul de peruci S.R.L., which is the sole holder of the rights obtained in this regard directly or indirectly (through licenses for use and/or publication).
5.2. The Client/Buyer is not allowed to copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify and/or otherwise alter, use, link to, display, include any content in any context other than the one originally intended by Atelierul de peruci S.R.L., include any Content outside the Website, remove any marks indicating Atelierul de peruci S.R.L.’s copyright over the Content, or participate in the transfer, sale, or distribution of materials created by reproducing, modifying, or displaying the Content, without the express written consent of Atelierul de peruci S.R.L.
5.3. Any Content that the Client has and/or obtains access to by any means is subject to this Document, if the Content is not accompanied by a specific and valid usage agreement concluded between Atelierul de peruci S.R.L. and the Client, without any implied or express warranty provided by Atelierul de peruci S.R.L. regarding that Content.
5.4. The Client may copy, transfer and/or use the Content only for personal or non-commercial purposes, only if this does not conflict with the provisions of this Document.
5.5. If Atelierul de peruci S.R.L. grants the Client the right to use, as described in a separate usage agreement, certain content to which the Client or another party gains access under that agreement, this right extends only to the specific content defined in the agreement and only for the duration of the agreement or the period defined therein, under the stated conditions. If such an agreement exists, it does not represent a contractual commitment by Atelierul de peruci S.R.L. toward that Client or any other third party that may gain access to this transferred content, by any means, and that may be or is harmed in any way by this content during or after the expiration of the usage agreement.
5.6. No Content transmitted to the Client by any means of communication (electronic, phone, etc.) or obtained by the Client through accessing, viewing and/or using it constitutes a contractual obligation on the part of Atelierul de peruci S.R.L. and/or its employee/representative who facilitated the transfer of Content, if such Content exists, with regard to that Content.
5.7. Any use of the Content for purposes other than those expressly permitted by this Document or by the usage agreement accompanying it, if such an agreement exists, is prohibited.
6.1. The Client may place Orders on the Website by adding the desired Products to the shopping cart and finalizing the Order by making payment through one of the expressly indicated methods. Once added to the shopping cart, a wig is available for purchase as long as there is stock available for it.
6.2. Adding a Wig to the shopping cart, without completing the Order, does not result in an order being registered and therefore does not automatically reserve the Wig.
6.3. By completing the Order, the Client agrees that all data provided by the Client, necessary for the purchasing process, is correct, complete, and true at the date the Order is placed.
6.4. By completing the Order, the Client agrees that the Seller may contact the Client by any means available/accepted by the Seller, in any situation where contacting the Client is necessary.
6.4.1. the transaction is not accepted by the Buyer’s card-issuing bank, in the case of online payment; 6.4.2. the transaction is invalidated by the card processor approved by Atelierul de peruci S.R.L., in the case of online payment; 6.4.3. the data provided by the Client on the Website is incomplete and/or incorrect; 6.4.5. the Seller’s account does not receive the amount for the ordered wig when payment is made by bank transfer.
7.1. The Client has the right, within 24 business hours from receiving the order, to return the purchased natural human hair wig and to notify PERUCI.RO of their decision to cancel the ordered wig; if you wish to return the natural human hair wig, please note that the shipping cost will be paid by the buyer (client), the returned wig must be new, in its box, together with all related accessories, and if the size does not fit, a free adjustment can be requested.
PERUCI.RO undertakes to refund the amount paid by the Client via bank transfer (to the Client’s account) as soon as all the above conditions have been met, within a maximum of 30 calendar days, in accordance with Government Ordinance no. 130/2000, Chapter II, Article 8; the 10-business-day return right applies only to standard products available in stock, and according to Government Ordinance no. 34/2014, Article 16, letter c), customized products made to order and tailored to the Client’s specifications are NOT eligible for return.
For this reason, it is very important to carefully provide us with your head measurements, haircut, desired color, and hairstyle when placing your order; in exceptional cases, if the custom-made product has finishing issues, sizing problems, color quality issues, or is defective, please send us an email notifying us of the issues found (including photos of the product) within 24 hours of receiving the order, at contact@peruci.ro
, or contact us by phone at the number displayed on the website; the refunded amount will not include shipping costs (if any), and products can be returned via express courier to the following address: Str. Rândunelelor no. 11, Galați.

7.2. If the Customer requests withdrawal from the Contract within the legal withdrawal period, they must return the Product and any associated gifts received with the product, if applicable. If the Order has been paid, the Seller will refund the amount within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date the Seller is informed by the Buyer of their decision to withdraw from the Contract. The refund will be made after receiving the returned goods.
7.2.1. For Orders paid by cash on delivery (COD) / bank card:
by bank transfer;
7.3. The Seller may postpone the refund until the Products sold have been received, if the Customer does not offer to return the products themselves (the later date will apply).
7.4. If a Product ordered by the Customer cannot be delivered by the Seller, the Seller will inform the Customer and will refund the value of the Product to the Customer’s account within a maximum of 7 (seven) days from the date the Seller became aware of this situation or from the date the Customer explicitly expressed their intention to terminate the Contract.
7.4.1. Information regarding the characteristics of the Product is available on the product pages of our Website. From a legal perspective, the content of the Website does not constitute a binding purchase offer, but rather an invitation to place an offer. Therefore, placing an order through the Website does not constitute a purchase contract for a Product listed on the Website. Your Order must be followed by our acceptance, as described below.
7.4.2. Orders can be placed only through our Website, by phone, or through the communication channels agreed by the Seller and listed in the Contact section.
To place an order on the Website, you will go through a simple process, at the end of which you will confirm the order by clicking the “Complete Order” button. This button clearly indicates that placing the order implies an obligation to pay. Before confirming the order, you will always be informed of the total price to be paid and you will always have the option to review and correct the order.
7.4.3. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt and registration of your order (“Order Received / Confirmation”). This does not mean that the order has been accepted. Thus, we may determine whether to accept your order. The offer to purchase the Product is submitted by you. All orders are subject to our acceptance. The Contract between you and us will be concluded only when we send you a confirmation of order acceptance by email informing you that the product has been shipped (“Shipping Confirmation”). If we are unable to conclude a contract due to insufficient stock, errors, or incorrect information found during the shipping process, we will inform you and refund all amounts paid by you. For these products, if applicable, and in accordance with the provisions regarding refunds in the section related to the right of withdrawal provided in these Terms and Conditions, within no more than 7 days from the date you informed us of your decision to terminate the contract.
8.1. Atelierul de peruci S.R.L. will keep confidential any information of any nature that you provide. Disclosure of such information may be made only under the conditions stated in this Document.
8.2. No public statement, promotion, press release, or any other form of disclosure between the parties shall be made by the Customer regarding the Order/Contract without the Seller’s prior written consent.
8.3. By sending information or materials through this Website, you grant the Seller unrestricted and irrevocable access to them, including the right to use, reproduce, display, modify, transmit, and distribute these materials or information. Additionally, you agree that the Seller may freely use, for its own purposes, any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques that you provide through the Website. Atelierul de peruci S.R.L. will not have confidentiality obligations regarding the submitted information, unless applicable laws in force provide otherwise.
9.1. Atelierul de peruci S.R.L. newsletters are sent via specialized partners agreed by Atelierul de peruci S.R.L. Thus, the confidentiality and security of information are ensured.
9.2. When the Customer creates an Account on the Website, they have the option to express their consent to receive newsletters. The Customer may change this option regarding their consent at any time:
9.2.1. by contacting Atelierul de peruci S.R.L., in this regard;
9.2.2. by accessing the unsubscribe link displayed in commercial messages received from the Seller.
9.3. Opting out of receiving newsletters does not imply opting out of accepting this Document.
9.4. The products displayed on the website www.peruci.ro
are models previously made following orders and are for informational purposes only. They can be made to order after placing a new order.
The Seller grants the Customer a valid warranty certificate for 30 days from the date of purchase. In order to benefit from the warranty, the product must be presented in the original packaging along with all accessories, the warranty certificate, and a copy of the fiscal invoice. The warranty covers non-attributable manufacturing defects, provided that the usage and maintenance recommendations are followed. 10.1. The prices of the Goods and Services displayed on the website www.peruci.ro
do not include VAT, according to the applicable legislation.
10.2. The price, payment method, and payment terms are specified in each Order. The Seller will issue an invoice to the Customer for the delivered Products. The Customer is required to provide all necessary information for invoice issuance in accordance with applicable laws.
10.3. The Seller will send the Customer the invoice related to the Order, including Products sold by Atelierul de peruci S.R.L., as well as any other payments related to the Order, exclusively in electronic format, either by uploading the invoice to the Customer’s Account or by email to the address provided by the Customer in their Account.
10.4. To ensure proper communication regarding invoices related to the Order, the Customer is responsible for updating the Account details whenever necessary and for accessing the information and documents related to each Order available in the Account.
10.5. By accessing their Account, the Customer may view a record of invoices issued by Atelierul de peruci S.R.L. and may save and archive them at any time, in any preferred manner.
10.6. By placing an Order, the Customer agrees to receive invoices in electronic format by having them added by Atelierul de peruci S.R.L. to the Account and/or sent by email to the email address provided in the Account.

10.8. Payment card data will not be accessible to Atelierul de peruci S.R.L. and will not be stored by Atelierul de peruci S.R.L. or by the integrated payment processor within the Website, but only by the transaction authorization institution or another authorized entity providing card identification data storage services. Such entities will inform the Customer. The authorized entity providing card data storage services is NETOPIA Payments S.R.L., a company operating under Romanian law, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J40/9107/2003 and tax ID RO15565496, with its registered office at Bulevardul Dimitrie Pompeiu no. 9–9A, IRIDE BUSINESS PARK, Building no. 24, Room 4C, 4th Floor, Bucharest, Sector 2, Romania.
10.9. In some cases, to maintain transaction security, when placing an Order the Customer may be asked to authorize the payment by re-entering the password associated with their Account or by using the digital fingerprint on mobile terminals with this feature enabled.
10.10. For transaction security reasons, the Customer is advised not to remain logged in on the Website and not to use the automatic login option on mobile devices. Sharing the account password is not allowed, and it is recommended to use a strong password (e.g., at least eight characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters).
11.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods via door-to-door courier services to the Customer.
11.2. The Seller will ensure appropriate packaging of the Products and will provide the required accompanying documents.
11.3. The Goods will be delivered within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) business days from order completion and from clarifying the customization details (bangs, color, size).
14.1. The Seller cannot be held liable for any damages that the Customer or any third party may suffer as a result of the Seller fulfilling any of its obligations under the Order, or for damages resulting from the use of the Products after delivery, especially for their loss.
14.2. By creating and using the Account, the Customer assumes responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account details (username and password) and for managing access to the Account. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer is responsible for any activity carried out through their Account.
14.3. By creating an Account and/or using the Account and/or placing Orders, the Customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Website’s Terms and Conditions, in the latest updated version made available on the Website, applicable at the time of Account creation and/or use and/or at the time the Order is placed.
14.4. Any subsequent creation of an Account and/or use of the Account is considered acceptance of any changes made to the Website’s Terms and Conditions and/or of the updated versions of the Terms and Conditions.
