\u2013 They must cut their hair in strands (according to the photo below).
\u2013 As close to the root as possible, or as much as needed (minimum 20-25cm).\n
\u2013 The strands must be tied in ponytails along the lengths where the hair was cut so that it does not get lost.
\u2013 After cutting, the hair is sent to our workshop for the crafting of the desired wig, and details are discussed by phone or WhatsApp.
\u2013 You can choose any wig model from our website.
\u2013 You can also send us up to 3 personal photos with the desired wig model by uploading the images from the Contact section or the Custom Wig section.
